I sent an email to the email address that is provided on their web site for returns and haven't received a return email with an authorization return number. Since there is a 30-day time frame, a prompt reply should be their goal.

The color of the foundation is what I usually get from other make-up companies but the "natural" color of their foundation is a very light color.

I was hoping to receive an exchange for a darker shade but after seeing the reviews on this site it seems as though they are a scam company and I better not hold my breath. I should have done my research of the company before making this purchase.
