I purchased the product and received it quickly.However, it doesn't cover quite as well as indicated on the ad.

I did not receive the $12 brush that I ordered and was charged for at time of purchase. I have tried to call multiple times and have left messages (what kind of company has an answering machine system). No one ever answers the phone. I have not heard back or received my brush.

That's ridiculous!! I would expect some sort of costumer service, a response or a completion of my order.

I am frustrated and disappointed.I probably should have done some more research or read the reviews, it could have saved me some money.

You're lucky you didn't get the brush.It's garbage.

Call your bank and tell them the charge is fraudulent.They may give you back your money.

Ordered on 2/14...here we are 3/9 and still waiting.

I have messaged them several times and keep getting the same "this has been escalated to the shipping department" b.s.

I could have walked it here by now.I have a feeling it's never coming and I'm out $40.

Contact your bank file a dispute and if you still have issues file a complaint with the Attorney General in your state and the state the company is out of

I sent a reply email to the email address that sent me my order confirmation and I got an email back in a few days that they would correct the mistake it took a little more then a week and I got the brush. Check your order confirmation vs your shipment delivery confirmation I took screenshot to show their mistake

I agree. I was told my order was delivered but never received it. I've called no one returns my calls
