I ordered 2 different 3 packs of foundation.One was a natural pack and the other one was a medium beige pack of foundation on May 17, 2017.

I have not received my product and it's June 7, 2017. The ad stated they'd ship out in one to two business days and they have not done so. They also state in the original web site that I will receive an email to track my purchased items when they ship. Also as of June 7, 2017 I have not received any email whatsoever from them.

They did take my money via credit card. I was charged $40.63, but they have not bothered shipping my purchase items. I clicked on their ad on Facebook. I will no longer be purchasing items from Facebook links.

I also called the toll free number and of course they were closed and it said they'd get back to me at their convenience if I left a message.I did leave a message, but am not hopeful.

Monetary Loss: $41.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: That i did not receive my products ordered.
